I am Tina Gilliard-Rice, CEOE, I was born and reared in Georgetown, South Carolina by my paternal grandparents. I am married to Mr. Dorris Rice and collectively we share two sons, a daughter, a daughter in-law, and four amazing granddaughters.
I have been employed by the Georgetown County School District for nearly thirty years at Kensington Elementary School in the Office of Student Services. My administrators are Mrs. Jamie W. Thompkins, principal and Mr. Maurice Cobb, assistant principal. I have also, been employed at J.O.Y. School, a summer program for children with special needs as an Academic Instructor for the past twenty-five summers.
My professional and community involvement includes past and present, Georgetown County AEOP Past-President, Vice-President, various committee chairs, GCAEOP Office Professional of the year, Kensington Elementary Support Staff of the Year, District finalist for Support Staff of the Year, SCAEOP current Area 15 Director, Affiliate Committee Chairman, and NAEOP Elementary Council Chairman.
I have attended numerous conferences, professional development trainings and workshops all in an effort to gain knowledge necessary to remain abreast on new practices in this ever changing world.
My fulfillment and enjoyment in life, in spite of whatever my challenges are, is to value the worth of others, always do what is in the best interest of children, and continue to take advantage of growth opportunities; so that I may better serve my family, friends, school, church, association, and community.
Bessie Yvonne Nelson-Khaalid (Cukye) a 1972 graduate of Evander Childs High School, Bronx, New York and 1974 graduate of Kings College in Charlotte, North Carolina, is currently the Administrative Assistant at Lemira Elementary School in Sumter School District. She has been employed by Sumter School District 17 (now Sumter School District) since 1995. Prior to coming to South Carolina she was with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Charlotte, North Carolina from l979 to l993. Her work history ranged from administrative secretary/bookkeeper to accounts payable clerk for various corporations.
Cukye is married to Shawqu A. Khaalid, Medicare Specialist with United Healthcare. Other than their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, her interests are travel, dance, music, and sports. She has been a member of AEOPSC (Association of Educational Office Professionals of Sumter County) since 1997 serving as follows: member of the Scholarship, Election and Membership committees; becoming Sumter District 17 Representative; elected President of AEOPSC 2004-2005; Office Professional of the Year 2002-2003, 2005-2006, and 2010-2011. She is also a member of SCAEOP (South Carolina Association of Educational Office Professionals) since 1998 serving as Secretary 2008-2009 and Area 3 Director (Sumter, Clarendon, Lee, and Williamsburg counties) 2012 to present. Cukye has been a member of NAEOP (National Association of Education Office Professionals) since 2001 receiving her recognition as CEOE (Certified Educational Office Professional) and PSP certification in 2003, again in 2008, and in 2014.

Louise Snipes was born and raised in South Carolina and resides in the Northeast area. She has worked as an Educational Office Professional for over 15 years and is currently the Administrative Assistant to the principal of Summit Parkway Middle School in Richland School District Two.
She is an active member of the Richland County Association of Educational Office Professionals (RCAEOP), South Carolina Association of Educational Office Professionals (SCAEOP) and the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP). She has chaired and served on multiple committees with these organizations including the Office Professional of the Year, Community Service Committee, Professional Development Committee, Long Range Planning Committee, the Nominations and Elections Committee, the By-Laws committee and the RCAEOP Delegate for the NAEOP Annual Conference(s). She has completed all five levels of Option I of the PSP program and achieved her CEOE in September of 2014. She is a member of Spring Valley Baptist Church. She is married to Larry Snipes and they have two children, Anne, 34 and Lawrence 29. Her family includes her son-in-law, Bradley and her three grandchildren, Mac 6, Mary Brooks 3, Chapman 1 and Cotton, her Westland Highland White. Her hobbies include gardening reading, traveling and hanging out with her family.
Cheryl Reynolds Marshall is a Service Center Representative with Greenville County Schools. She has been with the district for 10 yrs previously serving as a substitute teacher and after-school caregiver/director. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University (Central, SC). Cheryl currently resides in Greer, SC. She has 4 children…Cherise (24), Timothy Jr (19), Alexis (17), Derek (15), and 1 grandson…Camron (4).
My name is Jackie Zuraw and I have been an office professional for the Georgetown County School District for over 27 years. Presently, I am the Executive Secretary to Mr. Jon Tester, Executive Director for Human Resources, and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of my job.
I have been a charter member of the Georgetown County Association of Educational Office Professionals since 1999 where I have served as President three times and have held various other positions in the organization throughout the years. The honor of being the GCAEOP Office Professional of the year was given to me in 2005/2006. Presently, I serve as the GCAEOP secretary and am a member of the Bylaws Committee. I have also been a member of SCAEOP since 1999 and am a member of the Conference Registration Committee. As a member of NAEOP I have received Basic/Option 1 recognition in the PSP program.
I currently live in Myrtle Beach and am a member of the Surfside Presbyterian Church. I have three daughters and nine grandchildren. My interests include reading, traveling, gardening, crocheting/knitting, and spending time with my grandchildren.
Saundra Woods is currently employed at Jasper County School District located in Ridgeland, South Carolina where she has been the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent for the past 18 years. She has been a member of SCAEOP for over 16 years and has served as the conference co-chair and presidential aide in 2014-15. She resides in the Ridgeland area and is the mother of one son, age twenty-one. Saundra currently attends Ashford University to obtain her degree in Business Management. She is the manager and also sings lead in a local singing group that travels throughout the lowcountry for the past four years. Her most recent hobby is acting. She performed in her first theatrical play earlier this year in Bluffton, SC. She enjoys singing, acting, movies, performing arts, traveling, tennis and spending time with family and friends.
