Membership Plans

All members will be responsible for renewing their annual membership by October 1. Payments must be received on or by December 31st to remain active.

  • Active Membership

    30$
    Every year
    Open to educational office professionals working in schools, school districts, educational institutions, or organizations supporting education in South Carolina.
     
    • Annual membership with renewal options.
    • Access to workshops, seminars, and conferences.
    • Opportunities for continuing education.
    • Access to SCAEOP publications, newsletters, and resources.
    • Reduced rates for SCAEOP events.

  • Associate Membership

    30$
    Every year
    Open to all persons not eligible for active membership. Associate members will have all rights and privileges of active members except those of voting and holding an elected office.
     
    • Annual membership with renewal options.
    • Access to workshops, seminars, and conferences.
    • Opportunities for continuing education.
    • Access to SCAEOP publications, newsletters, and resources.
    • Reduced rates for SCAEOP events.

  • Retiree Membership

    15$
    Every year
    Retired membership will be open to any SCAEOP member or former SCAEOP member who has retired from educational office work. Retired members can not hold elected offices.
     
    • Annual membership with renewal options.
    • Access to workshops, seminars, and conferences.
    • Opportunities for continuing education.
    • Access to SCAEOP publications, newsletters, and resources.
    • Reduced rates for SCAEOP events.

Affiliates

The SCAEOP Affiliation Program provides an opportunity for local, county, and regional associations to affiliate with the state organization. This program also provides an avenue for members, through their affiliate, to nominate members and administrators for recognition and scholarships.  Guidance on establishing new affiliates can be found on the NAEOP website. Affiliate renewals are due on October 31st of each year.
