Greetings from Your President!

Shandel Zimmerman, CEOE

I am incredibly grateful and excited to serve as your President for the 2026–2027 year! It a true honor to lead and collaborate with such a passionate group of professionals.

Together, I look to enhancing our organization and the positive impact we create. My hope is that we will Believe in our shared vision, Belong to a nurturing community, and Become all that we are meant to be—both individually and as a team.

This year, let us dedicate ourselves to supporting one another, seizing new opportunities, and pursuing excellence in everything we do. I am eager to see what we can achieve together! SCAEOP is not just organization; it embodies many interconnected elements that reflect who we are.

Our heartfelt community service, valuable professional development, and engaging book studies, we are committed to exploring every possibility. We are on the journey of becoming.

Let this year’s theme serve as a commitment, not a phrase. You cannot Become something if you do not Believe that you Belong.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to serve as your President.

Shandel Zimmerman, CEOE

2026 SCAEOP President
