EASY PAYMENT PLAN
As you know, recent budget cuts have caused some school districts to be unable to cover the
cost for classified employees to attend outside conferences. We want to help alleviate that issue
by introducing a payment plan to make it easier for everyone to participate.
You can mail a check or money order to the SCAEOP 4611 Hard Scrabble Rd, Suite 109, PMB3,
Columbia, SC 29229, in minimum payments of $40 or more anytime up until January, to go
toward your conference registration.
Please note: this is not a savings plan. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of
emergency, such as illness or death. A physician’s statement or a copy of the death certificate is
required to process reimbursement.
We would love to see everyone at the conference in FEBRUARY-- and hopefully welcome some
new faces, too!!!!! Our organization is all about Achieving Excellence, Increasing Service, and
Making Connections, and the best way to do that is by coming together in person.
